Cruise-focused consultant role for a specialty cruise agency. Book individual and group cruise reservations, manage cabin blocks, and coordinate pre/post-cruise travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Book individual and group cruise reservations across major cruise lines.
- Manage cabin block allocations, dining assignments, and group amenities.
- Arrange pre- and post-cruise hotels, transfers, and shore excursions.
- Stay current on cruise line promotions, deck plans, and itinerary changes.
Requirements
- 2+ years cruise sales or reservations experience.
- Familiarity with cruise line booking platforms and Sabre Cruise.
- CLIA certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong customer service and upselling skills.
