Job Description
Lead a team of corporate travel consultants servicing a Fortune 500 global account portfolio. Oversee policy, vendor negotiations, and service-level delivery for a high-volume corporate travel program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6-10 corporate travel consultants and quality assurance analysts.
- Own the global travel policy, preferred supplier program, and quarterly business reviews with the client.
- Negotiate airline, hotel, and car rental corporate rates and track savings performance.
- Serve as escalation point for VIP and high-touch executive travel requests.
Requirements
- 7+ years corporate travel management experience, including team leadership.
- Deep GDS expertise across Sabre and Amadeus.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and travel program KPIs.
- GTC or CTE certification preferred.
